This place is amazing! We were able to work a perfect deal over the phone and when we arrived everything we had discussed was exactly on the paperwork. There was no surprises. They treated us like gold from the minute we arrived until we left 45 minutes later in our new car. Yes, we were able to complete our purchase in less than an hour. We had a bad experience trying to deal in Baton Rouge La but Service Chevrolet has an amazing process. We are still shocked by the wonderful service we received. Our salesman was Chad and we also worked with Sam and the financial department for a smooth process. We just can’t say enough good things about these guys. Thanks Service Chevrolet!

Oil change service. I was greeted promptly and professionally. Customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. Wandered into the sales area to look around and kill time and was again greeted by several of the sales staff with a smile and a welcome. The dealership Makes you feel better than a VIP, they treat you like family.

Went rather smoothly until I read the paperwork on my car in more detail and found out that it did not have two packages the salesman claimed it did, the premium audio and performance. While this is my fault for not knowing better, I'm a ford guy and am used to seeing the packages laid out differently. The way it was laid out made it look like it had them. I'm not sure the salesman even noticed the confusion. We also had the issue that I had made an offer on another car and the salesman totally misunderstood for a solid hour. I was negotiating the price of a CPO corvette, but he thought I meant the Camaro I ended up with. When I figured out why the hell the numbers were so funk I asked to see the paperwork and saw he was selling me the Camaro. We then had another issue when it came to bring them car home to find out it was so low on gas that it wouldn't even tell me how many miles were left, just said 'low'. I said no worries and I'd fill it up that night and they could fill it when they did the tine. Well, I got it back from tint to find out they somehow used 1/3 of a tank of gas and left me on low again. When I contacted the salesman and very nicely asked when I could get the gas that I paid for with the car he said 'Don't worry about it'. I have this in text from him. That pissed me off. Don't tell the customer that when they've paid for gas. I blew it off after a few days cause they paid for my tint, but it still isn't particularly acceptable. Overall good experience, just pissed that my car isn't what I expected and I am mostly to blame and pissed off that the salesman told me 'Don't worry about it' and refused to put gas it the car. Seriously...it's gas. It's a courtesy that I paid for. It's so easy to do. I need to chill out about that. I'm trying to write it off in my head to the salesman just having a rough week. I don't want to blame him. I like the car, aside from it's many issues that service isn't being too helpful with. I'm trying to get that resolved. Once it is then I'll be happy with the car. For now though I'm pissed at myself for misreading and not buying the corvette I went in to buy. Still better than Hub City treated me.

Overall, the salesman was pretty good. But some lady who works there was trying to recruit me for something that sounded a lot like amway, but online. Luckily, I got out of there before making the mistake of getting a car there. I don't want to hear about some pyramid scheme every time I go get my oil changed. I bought my cruze in Baton Rouge, and nobody tried to do anything but sell me a car.
