The staff is knowledgeable with their products, they take the time to fit you to the right bike which is best for you. There is no sales pressure. The customer service is one of a kind amazing. Bought 2 bikes, and I couldn't have been more pleased in the experience and the products. They take the time to make sure your bike is ride ready.

I recently purchased a new mountain bike from Global Bikes in Ahwatukee. During this process, I did a lot of online research and stopped by several bike shops. There is a reason this shop has so many good reviews. They were helpful and very knowledgeable but not pushy when it came to my purchase. This is one of the best local bike shops in PHX.

I walked into Global Bikes, just browsing for 2 bikes for My girlfriend and I. I did not have much knowledge about bikes, but instantly knew I was in the right spot when James approached me with a huge smile and all of the possible info I could need. I am the type of person that asks multiple questions and James had an answer for everyone of my questions. I explained to him what I wanted in a bike and he picked out the perfect ones for us. He found the perfect colors and riding types. After a few days of riding them, they give my girlfriend and I everything we wanted in a bike. We now take a ride every night because of how awesome these bikes ride. James helps us with any tune up the bike needs whenever, no appointment needed just walk in and they help you tune your bike to your specific needs. On top of everything James even told us of awesome bike routes to take all over the valley. Explained proper riding methods, bike laws, and told me about all of the awesome groups that Global Bikes has for you to join. Amazing customer service! Thank you!! Mariah and Trevor

Good store but prefer the Ray and 101 (which I give 5 stars) over the closer Ahwatukee location. So far, this location has both sent me to the Ray and 101 location for a warranty issue for the specialized product I bought from Global. Also, I paid for service to adjust my front disk brake caliper (that I got close but could not get perfect). On my first ride it was exactly the same - still rubbed (I am now thinking the rotor might be slightly bent, but that is something they should have told me).

My friend had a flat tire on his mountain bike and we came here to get it replaced. The service was done quickly so we could continue to ride that day. After hitting the trail we discovered the tire was flat again. Took it back and they changed it out right away free of charge.
