I was really impressed with the customer service at this place...compared to many other dealerships I had been to previously in the week. I bought a suv here in January 2018 which had very low mileage and priced really well. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my engine light did come on in 3 weeks of having the vehicle and I had to take the vechile back to Gloucester Toyota. They were really helpful and responded quickly to my concerns about the vechile and they currently have it now getting it checked out since it’s still under warranty. I was given a loan vechile while the repairs are being made to mines. So far, I’m extremely happy with this dealership.

About a month ago, I had taken my here to take look at my brake for a "chunking " sound. They told me everything was tight an it was my struts that needed replacing. So I took the car home an still heard the noise. I took the tire off an it was my brake caliper missing a bolt and not my struts.

See Gary for car sales. He is honest,  truly invested in helping customers find what they want. Does follow up with his customers. He's a 5 star. Only gave it 3 stars rating though  because the service department continously brushed off an initially small engine problem with moms toyota that eventually turned into to a major (and expensive) issue.
