When I registered they told me I can have 30 to 45 minutes training for free. So I got an appointment with Samantha for Wednesday. She text me and said she had management meeting if it is possible we can postponed that to Thursday and I understood the reason and changed my personal schedule to Thursday. When I got there she just talked with me and asked if I want to have a trainer I should pay for it. I said for now I don't have any plan but in future I may need it.  after couple minutes only talking she said if you don't have any questions it's done and for training you should pay for trainer plan! If I knew she just wanted to say that, I didn't wish to change my personal schedule and never spend my time for that information that I could read it somewhere!!!

This place has the shittiest service. The trainer gives you a time to meet them for a free session yet they always end up moving to another day. When I signed up, i was told that I could cancel my contract anytime and nobody told me about the maintainence fee. Now they’re telling me its a 2 year contract. They need to hire some professional people who can handle costumers properly. They don’t care about costumer service they just want the $$$$$. I regret joining this gym!!!!!!!!!

I "WAS" a fan of Golds until having issues with management opening on time. No matter how many times I've voiced my concern, they were overlooked and I was provided many excuses. I've asked for the managers contact information and was never provided the information. I canceled my membership and was told I had to pay for an additional 30 days because that is the cancellation policy. I wouldn't have an issue with the policy if I was canceling for my own reasons and not because Golds didn't hold up to their end of the agreement.

I was forced to choose a star. I wouldn't even give them that much credit.

If you're looking for a gym where the management is proactive instead of reactive, then Golds is not the one for you. If you want a gym that opens on time and values their customers, then Golds is not the one for you.

Customer service is lousy. I pay for a membership and go to the Fredericksburg location but they wont allow me to use the woodbridge facility...not even a one time thing! Very unhelpful staff.

It's 4:50am, whoever is responsible for opening the gym is clearly not a very punctual person. 6 cars waitig outside and nobody shows up. Great job!
