I love this gym! The staff is super nice and welcoming especially so early in the morning. They also have a sauna compared to Anytime fitness... I only wished that they were open 24 hours because I get off work so late and always have energy after work to get my sweat on.

Wow I'm pretty shocked at the outstanding reviews because before the company changed over ummm that's all I'm gonna say.  I enjoy going to OneLife however I don't like I have to pay a fee to pay my monthly bill..  However I still give the gym ★★★★★ for the amazing staff that I have come in contact with.

I wish I would have joined One Life Fitness years ago.  I joined earlier this year and I'm hooked.  The entire staff from the front desk associates to the personal trainers are so helpful and friendly.  They have a plethora of group classes that are taught by energetic and enthusiastic instructors.  The classes are so popular they fill up quickly.  I decided four months ago that I needed a push so I hired, Eddie, a personal trainer.  I've been so happy with his wealth of knowledge from training to nutrition.  He motivates me to push myself where I normally would not. I highly recommend One LIfe Fitness!

This is a nice facility with lots of equipment and space. I'm leaving the negative review in regards to the unwarranted fees I was charged upon terminating my contract when moving.

I have been a member here for at least 5 years.  I love the variety of Group Exercise Classes they have.  The instructors are great at meeting the needs of all participants, providing modifications for beginners all the way up to the most fit participant.  People here are friendly, and always looking for ways to improve the club.  The new equipment the club just installed only serves to increase the level of service provided to the members.  I have tried other fitness locations in Stafford and just haven't found them to meet my needs as well as One Life Fitness does.
