We ordered the Chicken and waffles and a Cheese burger.  Chicken & Waffles: the waffles were fluffy, airy and warm the chicken was good. They offer bone or boneless. I opted for bone and got two legs. **Apologies, i started eating the C&W before taking the picture**  Cheese burger: The burger was simple but good. I like how they didn't try to do anything special or anything. It was just a cheese burger and it was good!

The food was phenomenal and filling for a very reasonable price. Staff is incredibly friendly and the service was fantastic. Just go here, you won't regret it.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

This place is really something else. I went in there expecting to get a hamburger... I ended up with their special, which was meatloaf on mashed taters and gravy, collard greens, candied yams, and Mac and cheese and peach cobbler. It was like a Thanksgiving feast. Safe to say I'm going to be useless at work the rest of the day, haha. Highly recommend this place. I'm 100% coming here the next time I'm in Vallejo.

Had a taste for grits and bacon, yelp has them listed as #1 for grits in the Vallejo area. When I tell you, they did not disappoint……believe it!!!! Very clean, great atmosphere and awesome customer service. I will definitely be back

I really enjoy coming here. The food is delicious. They make me feel like home. The space is clean and friendly staff !!

Tried their meatloaf lunch but gave it away because it was too salty; unfortunetely the greens and mac n cheese were slaty too.  It looked delisious, just too salty for me; however, my coworker loves salt so it was perfect for her.

I have eaten here twice this week thinking about eating there today. Lol... The food is good, and did not disappoint. I will keep coming back here to this establishment.

Comfort food at low prices, I like to stop here for lunch because I can get a fresh made meal for the same price as fast food. The staff make you feel welcome and like part of the family. My go to is usually the Obama Burger combo, simple and filling. Try out their chicken tenders though, they are amazing! And don’t miss grabbing one of their homemade cobblers while you are there.
