As a disclaimer I have only had the sweet potatoe pie and have not tried anything else on the menu. I ordered a whole pie for the family and usually baked goods don't last two days in our house but this one might just sit there until the ants come. No ma'am this pie failed all of the attributes of a southern sweet potato pie. Crust should be buttery and tender yet this one was stale as a cardboard box. I said to myself okay let me just try and enjoy the pie part but the filling was not firm and watered down and just filled with so much sugar it was unbearable. Vallejo is too rich with southern culture to let such a staple as a sweet potato pie like this one slide. Nunus Bakery in Vallejo is how sweet potato pie should be done. They have to revamp this recipe. I will add more stars but PLEASE for the culture change this recipe.

G oo d food, good people good place to work

My wife and I just had the Basa and Prawn seafood combo with a side sauteed okra and tomatoes and French fries.  It's was so delicious. We will be coming back! Gotta try those Ox Tails!

Had the hot link sandwich a few weeks ago and I've been craving to come back. Friendly service with a smile and delicious food. I just ordered the pork chop sandwich, I'll come back on Friday to try the ox tail special!

DONT DOORDASH. They forgot an item as well as lied about the ingredients in BIG rifa plate and my Lucille's scramble is supposed to have different veggies.. they only put bell pepper into it. I ordered my meal with sausage and they gave me bacon. The side of rice is the size of a side ketchup container. Avoid it and just go to Nations. At least food is priced accurately.  DEAR OWNER: Thanks for your response but I have no time to go back and forth with you. I said what I said and it's all true. 1. I replaced the yams with okra medley and so please get the facts straight before you play middle man. 2. I handled it through doordash and since your menu isnt accurate that isnt my problem as a customer's. It's yours as an owner. 3. You told me you couldnt refund me and I hung up and dealt with it through doordash.  Regardless, overall disappointing and really there's no use to argue over this. My grits were not with my door dasher. Anyways thanks for all the effort and energy. Still stand by my experience. Have a good day.

I have been looking and wanting to try this place for a long time, I finally decide to order and I'm very dissappointed. I ordered the french toast and when I got it it was soggy and very undercooked. I had REALLY high expectations for this and to get that was very surprising.

So Tasty!! The epitome of world class

Reesie's Sandwich is the go to, I devoured it but definitely love every single thing in this menu........ ever in Valejo its definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

I Love This Place!!!!! Excellent Customer Service, welcome in at the door, Very clean food is seasoned and cooked perfectly I can't wait to try the fish
