11:00 AM Resort called Good to Go to request 3:00PM cab
3:05 PM Resort called to confirm cab was on the way. Told "he will be there soon"
3:10 PM I called company. Told "We can not find cabbie" Put on hold for three minutes. Came back to say cabbie will be there in 20 min. Resort drove me to airport.
If you have plenty of time: Good to Go might get there eventually.

This company does not deserve a single star. Called the number plenty of times, left a voicemail. It's the only cab company in the area and there were no Uber drivers available, so I had to keep on trying to reach them to get to the airport. Finally, a man who seemed to be out-of-sorts, like he just woke up from hibernation, answered the phone. I had to repeatedly tell him that I need a taxi cab to get to the airport. Now you would think that the trigger words "taxi" and "cab" should've jolted this guy into focus, but it took a good 40 seconds and a lot of confusion (on his part) to finally talk taxi to me. Ding ding ding! I read the pick up address to him and was reciprocated with an abrupt "uuuuh" and "guhhh" as if he had just received a shot of tranquilizer until the line went dead and good ol' Mr. Bear probably went back into hibernation since I tried to call back a couple of times to no avail. But hey, this is perfectly acceptable! If you employ bears. Otherwise, this company needs a major overhaul starting with hiring employees who are actually aware that they are working for a taxi cab company. I feel sorry for the poor souls who would ever need a cab in Santa Fe, NM.

I could say overall our round trip service was okay. Traveling two van loads of girls from Espanola to Santa Fe  and then back to Espanola. One driver, Carl, was punctual, professional and very respectful. Our other driver (whom I didn't get the name of) was late, and took us to pick up another passenger in Espanola and also stopped for gas. Not sure if they can pick up other passengers if you've made reservations for two vans beforehand. We were on a tight schedule and barely got to our destination on time. So I would say the experience was half and half because the picked us up on time to go back to Espanola and the drivers that time were respectful and on time.
