The manager is great! very nice and friendly.  Keep calling them if they don't call back with updates.  Using their online appointments will get you an appointment - but they don't always check them, so they overbook, but will still honor the time, just expect your car to be their longer.  My alternator was replaced for free since they put it in a year ago and it broke.  Now it works! You never know how good the person is that will work on your vehicle, but they will keep fixing it until they get it right.  They honor their warranties.  Their downfall is that they don't have a good handle on getting things fixed in the time frame they say they will  - unless you keep calling them.  Mechanics and managers seem to move around to different shops. They never put in manufacturer original parts for me, and my replacement alternator was rebuilt - probably to keep their prices lower. One time they fixed the wrong thing, but then they gave me the right thing for free.  So if you don't know of a really outstanding mechanic then I'd definitely try Goodyear.  Mechanics seem better than other places I've been and  honest manager helps a lot.  Look online for discounts, and they will negotiate to some extent, so I find the price to be good or better than other places.  I've been going to them for 3 or 4 years now, maybe longer.  If you can't afford going to the dealer to get your car fixed, then I would suggest Goodyear.  I think this is great service for the average person.

The Service Managers are great, keep you informed, and the prices for service and repair work seem reasonable. Great prices for oil changes.

Very helpful staff.  They worked with me on the price of 4 new tires to make it affordable and didn’t try to push any extra services.  They all seemed light hearted and happy to work there.
