Horrible! I bought a 2005 Ford Escape for my daughter from Mr. Hollis who said the engine was new and should get me over 100,00 miles and within the first 3 days the car died on the road and had to be repaired (battery cable). One week after that the engine was blown. We took it back to him and he wanted to charge us $3,000.00 for another engine. He offered no explanation as to why the engine was blown and insinuated it had something to do with my daughter. He was obstinate and insensitive about the situation and just wanted more money. He would not buy his car back.I am forced to tow the car out of his place and get somebody else to repair/replace engine. He was awful.

I have been dealing with Mr Hollis for 5 plus years and have to say he has never been anything but professional. He is honest about what is needed and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.I will continue to deal with and highly recommend Hollis Automotive.
