The staff has consistently provided outstanding service to me. They do provide battery tests and similar services for free, as advertised. 
Socialist environmentalists have managed to prohibit any AutoZone from manually resetting your vehicle's Check Engine light, so you'll need to buy an OBD reader online if you wish to reset that.

The selection of parts is okay, but they did not have oil with the correct specifications for the brand that I wanted to purchase. There also was no book to look up the oil filter number so I had to go to the front desk for help. The staff was glad to help but they were not in a rush to help me.

Customers service is good.  Return policy is also good.  Keep it up.

mins on hold. Still no answer. Called back and same thing again. Walked to store to find same service at the store, NONE. Easier to go elsewhere, where there is service.......
