Cannot say enough great things about McCarthys! Customer service is the best of any company, business, industry, etc. I've ever dealt with. If you're unlucky enough to get in an accident, consider yourself lucky to have your auto body work done here. Thanks again Pat and Kurt!

Had an accident, and needed a large repair that included replacing my radiator, condenser, etc.  Three years later, my AC stopped working.  The problem was a part they put in 3 yrs prior. Was going to be a ~500 repair.  The now broken after-market part only had a 1yr warranty on it.  McCarthy's went the extra mile to call their supplier to talk them into honoring the warranty, even though it was two years expired.  McCarthy didn't have to do this, but the most amazing part is, he didn't even charge me for the labor or coolant recharge!!!  This example just goes to show you that he will treat you how he would want to be treated.  Amazing experience I had.  Thanks McCarthy!
