I got a great deal on my new dining table. They were having a sale for the end of 2017 and I got an extra 25% off the list price! They were able to hold my purchase for me until the next day (so I could come pick it up with a bigger car). They loaded my new table & chairs quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.

It's a decent option for furniture shopping. Not spectacular but not horrible either. A number of one only items or scratch & dent items. Stock changes regularly as items are sold off. Prices are greatly varied. Some good buys there, some are still grossly overpriced for what it is. After all, it's still Grand - they think a lot of their items it appears. Pretty sure salespeople have commission based pay?? So remember who you spoke to first I suppose 😜. Wish they had the little bottles of Coke like the regular Grand Home Furnishings stores I would probably look around more/longer if they did.

We had a great experience! Susan Walters was incredible. Helpful, knowledgeable and fun. She was there when we needed her and gave us space when we didn't. The furniture selection was vast. We're very pleased with the quality of what we bought and the prices were the lowest we've seen.

I went looking for an apartment sized L shaped sectional. I didn't find it but I did come across some Paula Dean collections that I liked. I didn't make a purchase because the furniture was not wrapped and is sold as-is (stains and all). Come to find out the pieces are former showroom that have been retired or they are discontinued collections/brands or they are returns from customers. Since they don't know what is coming in from day to day, they can't tell you if they will have more or better. So u have to keep returning to see if they had what u are looking for. #Bummer

Have you ever went to a car dealership and been hassled by a car salesperson? No difference here. Pay very close attention to what you buy cause once it leaves the doors they don't take it back.
