This is far and above the worst Kroger I've ever been in.  That opinion is shared by practically everyone I speak with in the Roanoke area.  Unfortunately, it's the one closest to where I live and I go there out of convenience waaaaay more than I want to.  The store (despite its recent renovation) is dirty, unkempt, and regularly out of stock of the the most basic grocery staples.  Aisles containing long sections of out-of-stock items and those sections in stock are never pulled forward or faced.  It's what I would imagine shopping in Russia is like.  The manager(s) should be ashamed (or better yet, replaced).

Man I heat to only give this place four stars. But there were no carts in the store, I retrieved one for myself and an elderly woman who was waiting. The store has a great slection, and good employees, but they always seem to be over worked.

Sometimes good sales...though the theft prevention officer they have likes to push down women and is very verbally abusive towards women. Falsely accuses people and is just a jerk...

If you say you staying open til 6 and the rest of the locations smart enough to show their closing time correctly but you can't do that? So now I'm screwed thanks alot for having you're hours incorrectly.  I'll no to go to a location the future that doesn't get me in a mess!!! Something besides Kroger altogether
