Went here 3 times. First time was wonderful. Second time was a follow up. Third time I went for acne concerns. Was given a script from some pharmacy I've never heard of that ships it to you. They never got my script so I called the office and they said it would be taken care of. Week later, nothing. Then they say it was never even on my chart. So I came up with this on my own? I ended up not needing it so I never followed up but it was really unprofessional and no one ever followed up like they said they would. Got a bill for my copay which I was going to pay Friday when I got paid, only to get an alert from my bank that they went ahead and took it out themselves. Just got a voicemail at work from the office and apparently I signed something in November for consent to have it withdrawn after 60 days. That's fine, but I always try to pay at the time of service and they just said it would be billed. In the voicemail she stated it's due at time of service which is also fine, but I don't rely on the mail I prefer to pay at the time of service in case I don't get a statement etc. Kept repeating she'd be glad to send me a copy of what I signed because I threatened to dispute it with the bank because I was so mad. Was then advised if I did that my insurance could drop me for breaking policy. Anyways, would not recommend.  Not sure if the secretary was new but they never collected my copay the two times I went, and my first I paid asap soooooo idk if it just got delayed in the mail or if I overlooked it or what....

I had two procedures done. One for some squamous cell carcinoma on my head and a second for some basal cell carcinoma on my nose.  The procedures, both done by Dr. Keoni, were completely painless. Dr. Keoni and his staff made me feel totally at ease throughout both procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Keoni and the  staff of Universal Dermatology!

I wasted my money on laser treatment and bought many lotions before laser treatment. I traveled from Cleveland to Columbus for every treatment.

The worst ever. Staff was unhelpful, snotty, and overlooked problems.

This office is wonderful. Very helpful, friendly staff who go out of their way to help. I really like PA Sara Taylor.
