I usually wait here about 20-30min because those folks know what they're doing. It's almost alwyas busy. It's not fancy. It's not a salon experience, but it's exactly what I need. Nothing more and certainly nothing less. Friendly, obliging staff that takes notes of what they've done so they know what to do for me the next time. So smart!

These workers clearly hate their jobs. One lady was so rude and unhappy today - why show up for work if you hate it that bad? How hard is it to trim a guy's hair? I get my hair cut every 2 weeks, and it was very clean, so it's not like my cut was a lot of work, but WOW, she was not happy to actually have a customer. She may not realize this, but THE NICER YOU ARE, THE BIGGER TIPS YOU GET. I'm a great tipper, but not when someone is so unhappy that she can't even speak or make eye contact. Very bizarre. I won't be back.
