I've been coming here for over a year now and I have to say, I am so pleased with this salon! Krista Kelly is just the best! She always listens to exactly what I want and that's enough said. Definitely recommend this place!

I don't recommending having your hair done here unless it is by one of there master stylist.  I had my roots done and the stylist Margo, was extremely arrogant,  she spoke to me as if I didn't know anything about my own hair.  I showed her a picture of what I wanted and have had for a few years gray ashey blonde. My natural root color is a 7 and I lift easy.   It was a Friday I was her last client and she was obviously rushing to get me finished.  My roots were Orange and I was told that it was normal and I needed to come back a few more times to get it the way I wanted it.  I have never had Orange hair and clearly asked for ash and was told she could get me close to the picture.  I was not pleased with my hair. The owner advised me to come back and that they would do a partial hilight. I can came back and just the top half of my hair was redone.  Its better but still Orange and the whole underneath is Orange.  I asked if she could tone it to a ash color as I have had every time I get my hair done and she told me you can not tone Orange out!  I'm not a stylist but I know blue/purple  tones Orange and that's all I wanted.  I know nobody in that place would have walked out with their hair looking like mine did.   $7.99 I toned it myself.

Jennifer is phenomenal!!  I have also had Laura and Marla, both of whom are outstanding. You cannot go wrong at the salon just be careful booking services online it can be confusing

Seriously this place is so amazing! Every stylist is incredibly talented, it's like having a little slice of NYC in Asheville without the hustle and bustle. They have always taken their time to listen to what I want to have done to my hair and make sure to deliver what I was expecting at every appointment. I can tend to be on the pickier side, so having the stylists go the extra mile to make my *hair dreams* come true means a lot to me. Not to mention that the whole staff is super friendly as well as educated.  I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming.  My only gripe would be that parking can be hard to find sometimes, but the complimentary parking garage next door usually makes up for it. LOVE this salon.

If you decide to cancel a color appt. Make sure you call 24 hours in advance or they will charge you full price for cancelled appt. Seriously!!! The write up is more hype!!! They care if your late but don't care if they run 15 to 20 minutes into your appt with someone else. The stylist did not listen. Got cut and color wrong . Then argued about color. Will have to grow out mess. She fried my hair. Wouldn't send my worst enemy. Was charged 65.00 for a hair cut and 95.00 for color. Believe the bad reviews... Its called Wink.Cause literally the joke is on you for going!!!!
