Jenna gave me an amazing gel manicure and spa pedicure. My fingernails were perfect and she gave me awesome nail art with every nail a bit different, just as I requested. The pedicure was the best I’ve ever received. Her incredible attention to detail can not be stressed enough. The exfoliations and massage were lovely, the polish was perfect, but what really impressed me was how much time she took to ensure that my toenails, all ten at least somewhat ingrown, were properly clipped and filed to make them hurt less, without digging too far in and making my toes bleed. I’ve been getting pedicures for over 20 years and this was by far the best I’ve received. I’ll be back, frequently, to chat with Jenna about music and life while she makes my hands and feet look and feel beautiful.

My hair stylist jacklyn is fantastic and I always have a great relaxing experience coming here. I recommend just about any of the ladies in this salon. They’re all nice and helpful. And once you find one stick with that one and every time you go you and sit down in their chair and they know exactly what you like and what your there for. I love their product also, the Aveda products always make my hair feel great. Great experiences here. Thanks to my hairstylist jacklyn 🧡

I had very good experiences in years past with a stylist named Jessica that worked there. Unfortunately she left and I recently went in and had a different stylist named Naomi. Not only did she not do what I asked but tried to charge me for a service she didn’t ask me if I wanted in the first place. I asked for subtle partial highlights and left with bright blonde stripes in my hair. The entire time she was very sloppy with her work as well, nothing like my past experiences. I wasn’t impressed with the cut either as she barely did anything and she didn’t style my hair after it was all done. I left feeling like crying and not looking at all like myself. 
I might have just got a bad stylist but to me that means the place has gone down hill if they are hiring people like that. It’s not worth the price you pay in my opinion. You’re better off trying a smaller local salon.

Absolutely love going here. The staff are all super kind and LGBT friendly (which is so great as an anxious trans-woman) I always get Laura and she's an angel (really busy though so book in advance). It's a little pricey but definitely worth it!
