Great quick easy and reliable service. My questions were answered politely, and my new cut 💇 came out better than expected. I never thought I'd like the look of my curly hair short (I was wrong). Conveniently next to Earth Fare, it's easy to maintain a style with maintenance trims.

The only two stylists working were distracted, and kept pausing while cutting my fiance, and my hair to answer calls they KNEW were prank calls. The short haired stylist was grouchy, and slightly rude. She barely glanced at the picture of the haircut I wanted. She didn't ask how I part my hair, just parted it down the middle to layer it. I part my hair towards the right. My hair is slightly butchered. I'll be calling corporate Monday morning. This is the second time this particular Great Clips has ruined my hair. Last year a timid stylist completely mutilated my side shave. Horrible salon. Don't disrespect your hair by going here.

Always great haircut but you do have to micromanage some stylists to make sure they do what you want.

Great Clips is perfect for a fast, cheap haircut. If you have a specific style in mind, I would recommend going elsewhere. Great Clips can execute simple styles without a problem, but I haven't been terribly happy with more involved cuts in the past. I go here now for cheap trims in between visits to my regular salon.

I arrived at the Westgate Great Clips at 5:20 they close at 6:00. The young blond lady rolled her eyes at me and said because there were 4 in front if me they were not taking any more reservations. I was obviously a real inconvenience to her. I explained to her I drove a hour to get there and showed my displeasure. I walked out and certainly won't be back. Maybe me not coming back is not a big deal to Great Clips but if enough people see this it may change the employees additive of customer service. A word of advise to the young lady who talked to me, we all hard in life and all I expected as a customer is a friendly face and to treated kindly. This could possibly mean a new career choice for you. I in the mean time will find another place to get my haircut. It's unfortunate as I have been a customer for many years. Suggestion to management of this salon read all your reviews, also staff according to your posted hours. This kind of service does not start from employees it starts from lack of management.
