I have been here in the past, and would see Vicky. She was awesome! She did a fantastic job on my nails! But she's in Vietnam. So I had a male technician yesterday that was in a bad mood, almost angry. You could tell in his face that it was a hassle that he was doing my nails. He worked very fast and when I asked him to fix something, he said "it's fine", and left it as it was, messy. That's the best word to describe my end results, messy and rushed. I got a gel nail color (french), that was all over the skin of my fingers. If I peel it anywhere, it will come off. There were so many times I just wanted to get up and leave. Horrible experience! I will only go back to see Vicky from now on.

I think KT does a great job in a pleasant, clea n atmosphere. They are careful about sanitizing instruments. I suggest making appointments to avoid a wait on weekends.

I have used KT Nails many times now. I like there prices for pedicure and manicure. I get many compliments on my nails when I get them done. I always get gel on my fingernails and they last as long as I figure sense I do dishes everyday and house work. I have tried other salons and they are cheaper and do a great job. I have no complaints. I try to go back when I can.

Never go here!!! The boss is so terrible and mean, there was a man who purposely stepped on a women's (Yen) toe! It was cracked! The man was so cruel he never knew I went to college and learned to speak their language. He even denied that he stepped on her toe! I've been here a couple times and the only awesome servers were Yen, John, and Duc!!! But yen moved to a different place, Angel Nails. If you plan on going there always go for John and Duc, if not go to Yen down in Hendersonville at Angel Nails! But besides them 3, the others are so cruel, never go there!

Today was my first and last time going to this nail place. I went in for a pedi and the guy I got was not friendly at all, but that wasn't the issue. When he was finished I got up and gave the lady my card to pay and then I sat down to get my polish dry. I always check my bank card app when I am making a transaction, and when she swiped my card the payment posted. She walked over to me and told me that my card declined, which was a lie. I let her know and showed her my wells fargo card app that shows the transaction from KT nails for $25. She insisted I pay her another $25 which I refused because she already got money off of my card. So I called my bank and they confirmed a transaction for $25 from KT NAILS, and also stated that they tried to run my card again for another $25 and thats when it then declined. KT NAILS ARE TOTAL RIP OFF AND THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
