The woman I went to see didn't really listen to what I wanted at all... I understand advising or warning/explaining to someone if something won't work and why, or that because of a particular person's hair and style that it may be hard to do, but this woman didn't even do that. I would have listened if she did that. Instead, she ignored everything I told her and did it how she wanted it. I also felt talked down to a bit, as if she knew everything about my hair and I knew nothing about it, yet my mother has been a hairstylist for 20 + years. The reason I tried someplace new was because I moved away from home recently. In the end, it turned out nice after about a week of letting it get used to itself, but now that it has grown out, it is a disaster. She put all of the volume in the bottom instead of the top where it should be for me, and now that it has grown, it is too heavy to do anything at all because all of the volume is in the bottom weighing it down more. When it was all in the top, I could tease it when it got a little long and it would be fine for a few weeks until I could get my hair done, but I can't even tease this. :(

The stylist didn't listen to what my daughter wanted at all.  She briefly glanced at the picture on my phone and the cut looked nothing like what we had asked for.  Very disappointed.

My first time at this salon, and Donna was a perfect balance of professional and friendly.....I appreciated her attention to detail, and my hair turned out just as I had requested..Good job!

Not a good idea.... Highlights and cut are a wreck. Turned me around half wet and sent me on my way to later find the color is way off (Orange in places, streaks, supposed to be highlights but didn't show me a palette).... And the cut, lol, bangs were a joke and the rest is a mess. So bad that the next salon didn't charge me for fixing the first part and I have 2 more visits for fixing.....Paid over $100.....

Coty gave me a great short cut! I was super nervous not only trying a new place, but a completely new cut. I went from long and blah to short and funky, and Coty rocked it. I always bring a picture, but I also am kinda high maintenance with all the details I want (or don't want!). Coty took the time to listen to all of it. I didn't feel rushed, and she asked questions throughout the cut, as well as gave suggestions. I am so so happy with the result. Bonus, the price is reasonable. Extra bonus, they serve you a free beer if you want it. FINALLY found my new hair salon.
