I went engagement shopping at multiple jewelry stores in Seattle, and this store was by far the most helpful. The owner of the store helped me stay in my budget, gave me information on the types of diamonds, and at one point even let me walk out of the store to see the ring in natural light. The ring was sized and shipped to me in a very timely manner as well. I found a perfect engagement ring and had a lovely experience at this store.

The store itself is really nice with a wide selection of jewelry from all over the world. I went in with my fiance to look for a wedding band for her -- we ended up getting her ring, my ring, and another piece! Alex and the staff were great: they handled the resizing of the rings, making sure to get everything just right. They even polished up the engagement ring so everything will sparkle to the max.

If you want something unique and just right and you appreciate quality customer service, check out this shop. We were very satisfied and will definitely go back!

We set off from Vancouver on a Friday night in hopes of finding my girlfriends engagement ring in Seattle. We had googled this store and headed there first thing Saturday Morning. We spent two hour with Alexandria and one of her staff members which led to my girlfriend falling in love with one ring. We asked could the ring be put on hold for a couple of hours allowing us to speak in private and transfer money. We were told that was no problem and the ring was placed in a sealed envelope with our names, phone numbers and email addresses. We were told that it was going to be held until the end of the business day but if we wanted it held longer we could put a refundable deposit on the ring. We agreed to be back by the end of the day. We returned 3 hours later and were told by one of her staff members that another couple came in requested to see the ring and Alexandria herself decided to sell the ring to them. A disgusting act of pure greed with no compassion for my girlfriends feelings. Don't do business with this woman her word means nothing, she turned what was suppose to be a magical experience for my girlfriend into something very ugly.

I was proposed to recently with a ring from Alexandria Rossoff and it is breathtaking!  Alexandria worked personally with my fiancee to design a one-of-a-kind piece that perfectly combines old and new-- a stunning old European cut stone in a custom art-deco inspired setting.  This gorgeous, unique ring truly bumped what was already an indescribably amazing moment up to... beyond words!  Alexandria is a genius and is, according to my husband-to-be, an absolute pleasure to work with.
