Green Lantern employees are professional, courteous and dedicated to their work.  I bring my cars in regularly for the full-service treatment and leave happy.  On one occasion, I found a couple spots were missed and after letting a supervisor know, they gave me a free re-wash. They made it right and I'll continue giving them my business.

I have 3 cars with the unlimited monthly package went there yesterday with my truck and drove home. I woke up next day and noticed a big scratch in one of my brand new wheels and tires I just bought!!! So I went back up there and they reviewed the video and said they couldn’t see anything so it must have happened afterwards!! So I said can I go through again and see if scratch so up on video now?? I did and video showed nothing !! So the manager said he knows the equipment well and you could put your and in it and it wouldn’t hurt it!!! So I guess I’m the wrong one?? I own several vehicles and was there a few months ago and the machine ripped my valve stem out of the wheel causing a flat tire at the exit. So I went in and they said my valve stems were not factory ?? So it wouldn’t be covered so I changed my tire in the parking lot and moved on!! So these machines are not delicate as they say. Be careful when you go through they don’t cover their damages!!!

We went in this morning and got the works + 2 dollars to clean the cargo area. Everyone worked hard and didnt cut corners: cleaned dirty cup holders, picked up the mats and cleaned under, cleaned tailgate door jam and window. 

We were impressed and ready to leave, when a young lady (manager?) came and did a quality check. She decided to pull it back in and did some extra vacuuming and window cleaning. To top it off she offered and installed the windshield wipers we bought.

The car was pretty messy- it had been from the east coast to the west coast and back with dogs in the last two months, and now it looks great. 

Amazing service!

***UPDATE*** I have been informed that they concluded from watching their video that they didn't do it. Did I mention I hand wash my truck weekly and know EVERY single tiny scratch that is there and it's easy to see it was done by brushes. I didn't expect them to own up as I'm sure this happens often and not enough people notice.  Once again, if you value your car, stay away. 

first off, I am very realistic understand that NOWHERE in town is there a car wash that understands attention to detail. I can handle that as I usually hand wash was my truck and take of it myself. I was in a pinch and needed to get my truck washed yesterday so against my better judgement I gave you guys a chance to at least not damage my vehicle. Unfortunately my fears came true with a massive area on the box of truck and other little spots that scratched the clear coat and I will hopefully be able to fix with polishing and not have to get aggressive on the clear.If you have a nice vehicle PLEASE value your paint and stay away unless you want to have to correct the finish non stop. It won't let me post a photo but I will try later to add.

I went in for the 35 dollar car wash. I payed an extra 2 dollars for the hatch to be cleaned. For 40 dollars I expect my car to be at least vacuumed. Overall the outside of the car looked nice however the inside didn't look like it had been touched. I have a dog that rides in my car everyday and wasn't expecting them to get every hair but there were chunks of dog hair in my cup holders and on the floor mats. The hatch had white foam stuff that wasn't there before taking it to be cleaned. The front passenger floor mat had black grease on it that hadn't been there before I had taken it to get cleaned. There was dust and dirt in the floor mats that I cleaned by simply picking them up and shaking them out. The outside looked great but I won't be paying for an interior cleaning again just to have my dash wiped down again. I very disappointed in this company.
