I have been bringing my personal car here since it was new, and Green Lantern in Independence has done a perfectly fine job of keeping it looking good. But, I just received a work vehicle and it hasn't been as well cared for. So, I brought it here. The outside of the truck was washed satisfactory. Inside though, they left dust, hair, spots, and streaks on everything that are easily wiped off (pic related). At a $35 price I expected more. I will be trying a different wash next time.

I've been using this Green Lantern exclusively for a year or so now and they've always done a great job. Yesterday I went and all the bugs on my windshield didn't come off the first time, so they offered a free re-wash and re-wipe down. Weirdly, half of my back license plate had been falling off for a while but the other half was solidly attached. The second time through the wash, it naturally fell off somewhere. They retrieved it and solidly attached it on both sides for me. No complaints from anyone, they were friendly and helpful with everything despite my multiple issues.

Easy, relatively cheap, and very friendly employees! Was in and out with no waiting on a rainy day. I watched them clean the inside of the car and they truly got after it and did well, but afterward there was still some dust in the nooks and crannies - so it's not a complete detail, but that's fine.

If I could give 0 stars I would.  Feb 17 i went there to have my car washed and detailed.  Basically, they were operating 2 out of 4 bays with a line almost to the street waiting to be detailed.  An employee told me it would be 90 minutes to get my car detailed.  I said what's the deal look at those employees just standing around talking.  Another customer told me had been there two hours.  I decided I wasn't waiting any longer so I asked for a refund.  I was refunded $19 of a total $35 I paid.  I told the person who issued the credit he shorted me $8.  He said no car washes are $16.  I asked him to go outside and look at the advertised price on the side of the building.  He then refunded me the remaining balance and tgen called me a bxxxh. As he walked out the door.  NOBODY talks that way to me especially as a customer.  They will NEVER get my business again!

Best car wash around.  Courteous people.  For an automatic wash it does a really good job.
