Self-serve car wash bays did not have heated water for the wash. Wax Gun trigger was broken. Credit card reader would not read. Unfortunately will not return whenever I come back to Kansas City

I didn't wash my car, but I washed two dogs!  They have a self-service dog wash there.  There are three bays for dogs, although one doesn't seem to be finished yet.  The dog washing system is similar to the car system.  It has many choices, I don't remember them all.  There is flea and tick product, tear free shampoo, other shampoo, conditioner, and a number of other things.  In the shampoo setting, the soap comes out the entire time you are pulling the trigger, just like a car!  It has a regular spray hose end just similar to the type you would use outdoors at home.  The tub has a foot pedal to raise or lower the tub to a comfortable height!  It was so worth it for that alone!  When you are running out of time, you just push a button to get a bit (I don't remember how much) extra time at .25 per push.  There was a nice young man there that helped me understand everything.  It was so clean and I am a clean fanatic. I'm sure if you went in directly after a slobby person, it might not be so clean.  I am taking one of my other dogs there very soon.  It is $8 for 12 minutes.  I didn't think that was very long when I heard it, but it was fine.  I even had enough water left over to clean out the tub!  They also have a drying hose which I did not use.  When I wash the dogs at home, I end up needing more of a bath than they did.  I came out of this dog washing bay, clean and dry.  They have a nice apron to wear.  That helped. Try it, you will like it!

I didn't use their services, but I give them 5 Stars because they didn't come out and make me leave. I was using my phone; talking, texting and looking up numbers. I don't know if the Surgeon General has issued a warning, but doing these things while driving is hazardous to everyone's health.

Worst car wash ever. I wish zero Stars was an option. No water pressure dirty water coming from the unit and old worn out brush. I paid money to have my car get dirtier be sure to tell everyone to keep on driving past this one

Their "high pressure" is a joke. I have more pressure from the water coming out of my garden hose. I would not recommend this car was to anyone. If you have any kind of dirt stuck to your car it's not worth the amount of money and time that it would take you to get it off at this car wash. Go elsewhere!
