I was looking for a place that offers a monthly pass and came across Ultra Clean. I went to the window and met Sheila. She was so kind and answered all my questions. I had my dog with me and she even gave her treats. I signed up and now go through often. My car always come out salt and brake dust free. The vacuums work great and they always give you an interior cleaning wipe when you go through for the windows/dash/etc. I continue to go often and usually Sheila is working. My dog loves to go too and always gets a treat when we show up!

Love this car wash. My family has always gone here. I even remember going as a little kid and loving it. Sheila is always great to talk to and she is very helpful. My family is on the monthly pass for families so we can wash our cars any day we please and it is really convenient. I love it there. Would totally recommend.

The lady that helped me this morning, I arrived just before she turned on the open sign. She always smiles and says Hi want can I help you with today. Very friendly every time I come into wash my Jeep. The gentleman that washed my Jeep always takes attention to details. It makes my day when the two of them are on when I come to wash my Jeep. Great customer service from them keeps me coming back.

Shelia was really friendly especially since this was my first time going through this wash. I am the Store manager at T-Mobile off of 35th and Noland and the customer service she provided for me blew me away, even if our conversation was 1-2 minutes. To be honest, this car wash was like any other ones I’ve been to, except for the phenomenal customer experience Shelia provided me. Great job and keep up the good work Shelia because of you, you guys won a Customer for life!

I love this car wash, you're in and out quick and your car looks great!  Also the staff is extremely friendly and efficient.  They treat your vehicle with respect, and they treat you like a real person instead of just herding you through.  Always have had a great experience here!
