Apparently quiet hours don't include running a loud generator. Neighbors have been running theirs for an hour starting at 11pm on a lovely night to watch tv. Why bother.

Edit: the camp host did help with making them turn it off, but it did run for 2 hours.

Don't camp here but we love to take our dogs there for a walk, off leash, when the grounds are closed.

We liked this campground, but next time we go we will be sure to bring a shade shelter because most if not all of the trees are small. 

Bathrooms were clean, firewood was available at the hosts campsite, and neighbors were respectful. 

As others have said, it's a dog friendly campsite but there is very little you can do with them because RMNP is located quarter mile away and all hikes go in that direction.

Site #72 has two of the largest trees, but other than giving the dogs shade mid day, they didn't help much until the sun was going down. I think this campground will be great in 10-15 years, but until then bring some shade with you

Tent pads are super close to each other, neighbor was less than 12ft away. Lots of RV and campers and bathroom space is pretty small for how many people go there. Only on flush toilet and the rest are pit toilets. Limited shade for tents, your lucky to get a tree.
