Great, fun experience! Bus drivers very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Got there actually early than scheduled. I was dropped off here.

DO NOT USE. Greyhound makes no accommodations for the elderly and discriminates.  They recommend that you're at the bus stop one hour prior.  They are are okay with leaving the elderly out in freezing weather in the middle of the night without seats for that hour.  No benches?! Bus stop has no will call or benches for waiting passengers.   Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age that printed tickets are necessary.  Station could not print ticket. Called  customer service and was on the phone for more than an hour. It took more than 15 minutes just to talk to somebody.  Not willing to do a refund or voucher.  Use the local shuttle companies!

I'm sure the bus is nice, but I hate how you have to pay an additional $18 if you are buying a ticket for someone else.
