This is not actually a greyhound station, but a dropoff/pickup point. There is just a waiting bench in front of the Sinclair service station.

This is not a bus terminal it is a small gas station.  Tickets can not be refunded and to reschedule  cost $20 a ticket and you need to come to the gas station to do it.   We are in St. George and we would have to drive about 2 hours round trip just to reschedule.  AVOID GREYHOUND

You never know what time the bus will come in. Sometimes it comes early and leaves without you, while other times you could be waiting for a couple hours. That's just a problem with Greyhound in general. At this particular location, the staff know how to make sure everything is taken care of before you get on the bus, which is nice. Regardless of when the bus actually comes, you should plan to be early to get your bags weighed and tagged.

Greyhound SUCKS! We purchased a ticket the day before and arrived at the Sinclair gas station (Bus Stop) 30 min. early. We expected the bus to be late but after waiting nearly an hour decided to find out what was going on the gas station attendant informed us that the driver had call 45 MINUTES AGO and said that the bus was full and he would be skipping our stop. What a pain! the only solution offered when I called Greyhound was to try again tomorrow... NO THANKS! We called Aztec Shuttle and in a matter of minutes had an air conditioned shuttle that would take us closer to our destination for MUCH LESS MONEY! I highly recommend that you do the same.

I just called cedar city utah greyhound and he said he couldn't give prices over the phone at the moment, who says that anyway! If u want service you will service to ur customers, I never had a problem in the past when I called to ask for ticket prices! They have me prices over the phone so idk who this worker is maybe he's new idk but get real, ur trying make money for the company not lose customers. Wow
