This station is an awful station to wait at. It has no TV's or chairs to sit in. My family and I were in a car accident and had to use the bus to get home. We try to get earlier tickets and asked for a refund greyhound refused to refund us so we could get out of the bus station earlier with our children. As if the car accident wasn't enough. We pain double just to get out of the station. Take the train.

Not a bad bus (and train) terminal, and well situated next to the regional bus terminal, and close to downtown. The building is showing its age and wear, but not too badly. There is a lack of reasonable options for drinks or snacks other than an overpriced, low budget, mini-market that only survives due to lack of competition. If your quick your better off running over to the local bus terminal for the Dunkin Donuts there, but stops are usually pretty quick here, and not much time.

Cancel your gift ticket fee its annoying. Plus you don't give much notice about the gift ticket fee.
