Evryone was polite.and helpful with my grandchildren. Driver whom was a woman was kind and helpful to other passengers as well. Clean and safe ride to NYC.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! It was bad enough that my first Bus was late. We arrived 2 minutes before the connecting bus was due to leave. However the bus pulls out half empty as there were multiple passengers due to catch the connecting bus as well. Really Greyhound??? How hard would it have been to delay the connection 10 minutes???!!!! Had to resort to sitting in bus station for 2 hours!! Will NEVER do this again! Would rather take my chances with the MegaBus or Chinabus! So far they have yet to disappoint!😡

I'm on the fence with greyhound, I like the travel option and I understand that sometimes you have layovers. I had 2 on my trip bout 4 hours both times and had to wait. The station was well kept, had a restaurant and things to do which I'm thankful for. The people working were polite and handled my bag well. Enjoyed the trip either way

It's not the worst bus station I've been to and it gets the job done. When riding a bus you can't expect it to get much better than this. Relax and enjoy the journey, because it's gonna be a long one.

They are absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service at the counter, agent has an attitude. She even walked off on one of the customers smh. The bathrooms looks like a tornado passed by, no toilet tissue, urine on the seats, worst looking bathroom ever. You ask any of the agents a question and they want to give you a constitutional length speech. You ask them a direct question and they say you have an attitude. I asked her if i should go on the bus and get my boyfriend's ticket ( he left it in his jacket) and instead of saying yes or no she says no need for the attitude ( because that was an answer, I even said before not trying to come across rude but she was in her feelings. Go be in your feelings when it is not 16 degrees outside, I am not going to stand out here to hear the declaration of emancipation on what do do about the ticket and my "attitude"). Well if you would answer instead of telling me all the what if's we might get somewhere (it was only degrees outside but you know). I am very upset, they are untrained, unprofessional, every single person that works for this Richmond, Virginia station is getting paid to do nothing. They are collecting a check, I should apply to work here since Greyhound is giving money out to people. First and last time taking greyhound.
