The worst traveling experience of my life! Either the bus drivers dont show up for work, or the bus is late. Spend an entire night at LA greyhound "sleeping" on a bench. A 10 hour trip turned out to be 19 hours. Do not ever use their services!

Is there an alternative? Do your best to avoid this company. They could not care less about their customers. Buses are always late and the staff gives you attitude when you ask where the bus is. Buses are old and noisy. Electric plugs don't work. Night shift drivers are departing lanes, like they're sleepy or tired. There was a guy that lost his ticket and they wanted him to buy another one? They can't just print the guy another ticket? He had his id and everything. Jeez.

Took the bus from LA. The ride was supposed to take 2h20m. However, we had 1h20m delay due to traffic. The bus driver told me that the arrival times are only achieved if there's no traffic. So the bus I was taking (Friday afternoon) he said was always "guaranteed" to be delayed. Greyhound is basically lying about their arrival times. I would have not taken the bus if I had known it took almost 4 hours instead of 2h20m.

July 3 was to leave Vegas at 8 am for LA , ended up leaving 3hrs later was given all sort of excuses no drives ect so ended up missing my afternoon train in LA had to make a new reservation, i will never take greyhound agsin
