Griffin Brothers has an exceptional team of professional technicians under the management of Danny Eason and they provide state of the art  service and with honest and reasonable evaluation of your vehicle. They always go The extra mile to provide service even in rare circumstances I have been in situations where I received incorrect information about my vehicle and they have kindly corrected the problem for me showing me and explaining to me the situation —-so I could understand that I had been taken advantage of by a different car service
I have been a customer of this store for over 15 years and I have always had excellent and prompt service.
I highly recommend them especially there tire service they stand by their warranties  100%.
You can’t go wrong by going to Griffin Brothers they will even try their best to accommodate you,, even if you don’t have an appointment.
So don’t hesitate to  give them a visit

I'm a college student, who just purchased a car and owns it, a 1999 Lexus GS300. My baby is literally pushing 20 years old, and still thriving. When I bought my car, I got it for cheap because I knew it needed a lil help. I didn't know where to go, being new to Charlotte and not having relatives in the area, so you can imagine my confusion. I went all over Concord, so many different Auto Zones for parts and even Discount Tire, but nobody could help me. A guy at Discount Tire actually told me to take my car straight to Griffin Brothers down the street, don't stop until I get there and they would take care of me. I trusted his word, and I was desperate so I went. I was greeted with love, and not salesmen who only wanted my money. They actually helped me find ways to save money, and plan out other maintenance. I have a mechanic for a grandfather so I had a basic idea of what I needed. My car would shake and all of this other god awful stuff before I got it to them. When I left, my car felt like a completely different vehicle and I am so happy I came to Griffin Brothers, especially this location. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! I will definitely be back!

I am so disappointed with Griffin Brothers on North Tryon! I have used Griffin Brothers on several occasions with no issues until now.  I brought my van in for shocks on Monday afternoon, I was quoted a price of $620, I asked them if they price matched, and they said they did based on the warranty from the company I received my estimate. So that was not discussed any further because I didn't have the estimate with me. My vehicle is a wheelchair accessible vehicle which is needed for my husband.
So after 3 1/2 hours, I was told that it would be done in about 30 mins as the front shocks were done. A half hour later, I was told that a bolt was broken while removing the front shocks. (Lie #1 why was I told the front shocks were already complete). So I was told it wouldn't be ready until the next day, I said well I have to pick up my husband, the guy said well we can pick him up and bring here and we can fix it this evening and you guys can wait. I asked if they had a wheelchair accessible vehicle and was told no! So they assured me that it would be ready the next day. Tuesday. I told them I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Wednesday morning. 
I called on Tuesday afternoon to check on the vehicle, the guy says we were told that we ordered the part too late, so we just got it and they are back there working on it as we speak,(Lie #2) and it should be ready tomorrow morning.
I call around 11am this morning (Wednesday) and I was told that they didn't get the part until this morning and there are 2 people working on it. When I brought up my call from yesterday he says well I told you we placed the order to late to get it yesterday.
So he comes to pick me up, and we talk about my disappointment and the inconvenience of me not having the vehicle, which later turned into normal conversation.
So when we get there the manager is working on the bill saying I need to remove the part we had to replace. When I brought up the piece that was broken he said oh you're blaming us for it? Anyone who would have repaired. It would have broken the bolt. At any rate they did do the price match which was agreed to, but they did absolutely nothing to compensate for the inconvenience or the lies that were told. I now need an alignment but I will not go back to Griffin Brothers due to this issue.

Excellent Service every time. To explain, I have an 01 . It's an old car, but it's still cranks and rolls every time I'm ready. This is all thanks to the personalized customer service provided by Mr Eason and his team. Even when I had repairs that had to broken down to affordable appointments, an outline was provided for me :  Safety first. I loved it and appreciated that the most. Keep up the good work, Danny, we got about 200k more miles to get out my car. I'm very optimistic 👌

Griffin Brothers in the University Area have kept my cars running for about twenty years now.  The staff is professional, and the mechanics are amazing.  With local shuttle service, a comfortable waiting room, and a convenient location, they are the only car shop for me.  They are honest, and always keep me running with minimal trouble.  They always do right by me!  Highly recommended.
