Twice recently I have taken my car to them. The first time they told me I needed a part replaced which, when it I took it to the dealership to verify, the dealership said does not exist on my model of car. I just took my car to them for an inspection and they quoted me over $1000 of repairs and failed the inspection. I again took it to the dealership, who passed it and told me the Woody's quote was nonsensical (which I interpret as fraudulent).

I might trust them for an oil change, but never again for service.

I come here at least once, if not twice every weekday. I love the staff, and they know me by name. The prices are high, but in uptown this is normal. I would definitely recommend this place for the average convenient store purchases. They do serve foods such as hot dogs, pizzas, salads, etc.

Woodie's is so convenient and always a pleasure to deal with.  I've been bringing my cars to them for 9 years and will continue to do so as long as I live here.  Unlike other service shops, I have never felt like they are trying to scam me into providing additional services that my car just does not need.  Thanks Woodie's, keep up the good work!

Woodie's at 520 N. Tryon has been keeping my 2 cars in top condition for over 10 years.  Very trustworthy, great people and work hard to get the job done in a timely and reliable manner.  The place to go for great car service.

This is a great shop.  I have used many mechanics over the years, and Woodie's Auto Service is easily the best.  I am consistently impressed with their communication, their honestly, and the quality of their work.  I cannot recommend Woodie's Auto Service highly enough.
