I was there from 11:00-2:00 getting four new tires put on, three hours sitting in the waiting room which made me late for work. I had needed an inspection as well and they also recommended new front brake-pads & rear shocks which they quoted all at an additional $600 over the cost of the tire installation. Forget that, I would have been sitting there all day and out $970 total for some tires & minor maintenance. "Friendly" staff, grossly overpriced service, and slower than you can imagine. Avoid this shady place.

This was my first time in many years getting service there. The staff was friendly, very professional, and went above and beyond. I came in for two tires and a state inspection. I did not feel pressured to get any tires that were outside my budget. There were some complications with the state inspection. It was on the DMV’s end, no fault of Griffin. They worked with me to get the issue resolved and ended giving me some credit back on the final bill. Again it was at no fault of Griffin Brothers, but he felt like it was right. I will definitely be going back there. Thank you!!

Great service, competitive prices, and really nice guys that will treat you and your vehicle right! Also comfortable lounge, popcorn machine, and Coca-Cola fountain with the favorites including Sundrop to make your wait enjoyable (coffee too of course).

I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! 😊💙❤️💚😁👍👍👍 They not only do a great job fixing my car, but they always try, (and usually succeed), in saving me money wherever they can 😁! This is so helpful (and rare) considering I'm handicapped and on a fixed income. Plus all the guys are so nice and personable 😊! U'd think u've known them all ur life. I don't usually take my time to write reviews unless I believe in someone, and I believe in Griffin Bros. 😉👍! Best place u can go... And not just this location... So far I've been to two. The other one (even tho they weren't my main shop and didn't know me) only charged me twenty bucks to take a car I wanted to buy apart, and examine it for me 😏! They woulda made more of they charged me regular labor! And I knew I could trust them to give me an honest assessment. Just go!!! 😦 No one likes to have to put more money into their car, but at least it won't be painful going here 😌! God bless these people! ✝️😌🖤👍🛐

At 60 years old and plenty of automobile  service of my cars my experience  with Chris and Dave was excellent. They know customer service, they know their cars. Pleasant  to see the full package. You have my business now and the future. Will tell my friends you guys are the real thing.
