very nice and well updated dealer. much better VW dealer than I've ever been too. it's also massive and the service area has crappy coffee, tea and cocoa; but at least it's there. I spoke with a service advisor who within a minute tried to rip me off by offering expensive services that I'd gotten recently, saying, "the guys checked this out and it definitely needs to be done." not a fan of liars but i suppose it's his job. 4 stars

Juan and Shawn were great.  Timely and professional.  A fabulous overall experience.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

W our family dropped in back in October looking for a new car.  Robert came out to greet us and I couldn't be happier.  We needed a little time to think about whether we would lease the car and he was just very accommodating.  NO PRESSURE.  Unlike some dealerships.  Robert answered all our questions and even had to put up with a couple of seconds of my "frustration" (nothing from him but with the credit reporting).  We really appreciated the fact that he listened and did his best to provide us with the utmost service.  I would recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for a down to earth guy.

New car sale went as expected without hassle or games.  Juan T provided good service and worked with me throughout the day to make the process quicker and easier.  Nice clean dealership.

I am so glad I came to VW of South Coast! Leon was fantastic, he made my experience buying a car easy and fun! If you want a smooth experience I would definitely come see Leon and Gilbert at VW South Coast! This dealership truly cares about their guests and provides superior customer service!
