Words cant describe how extremely happy and amazed on how customer service here in orange coast Subaru made me feel. The whole staff is genuine, honest and the best I've been too. But of course from all the staff here, one particular employee, Randy Smith stood out. He has the most phenomenal service ever. i work with customers myself and i tend to always give the best customer service that i can provide, but wow! Randy amazed me on the service he provides, from start to finish, Randy was there, basically holding my hand through the whole sale, from start to finish, which really made the whole sale, smoothly and made me feel comfortable. I was making a big decision on purchasing a car, and he never once made me feel pressured or misdirected. I've been to two other Subaru dealers, one in long beach and another in Fullerton. The one in long beach, made me feel so pressured and the sales man and managers tried too much to get me to take a car, after telling them to give me time to think, they pressured even more, i ended up walking way. My experience in Fullerton, wasn't so bad, but the sales man didn't really try to get me a good deal, which made it seem like they didn't want my business. Randy on the other hand, went above and beyond to try to get the payment to my budget and pulled strings and got me the car i wanted at the amount i can afford. i really liked about randy is that hes not just a salesman he makes the experience fun and professional, hes really personal and asks how you are and how you're doing and shows genuine service and isn't pressuring at all, unlike other salesman. If you're thinking of buying a new car, please, come to orange coast Subaru and ask for Randy Smith, i guarantee you wont be disappointed and you'll walk out with the right car, at the price you can afford. If his manager is reading this, please give this man Randy Smith a raise or a huge award, he really amazed me on his service, and its not easy to amaze me when it comes to customer service.

Randy was very helpful. The process went very smoothly and we got the car at a great price. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new Subaru.

Randy Smith did a great job taking care of us remotely in the initial stages of our buying process and was communicative via phone and text promptly. The process when we came in and agreed on a price was smooth and efficient. Great job and we'd definitely consider coming back again or referring friends interested in buying Subaru.

Purchased my first Subaru - 2018 Crosstrek. Throughout the purchase experience, Randy Smith was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. 

I also had a great customer service experience at the Subaru Orange Coast dealership . I highly recommend purchasing your Subaru here especially with Randy Smith.

What a great experience buying a new Subaru at this dealership!  Randy Smith made the process easy and painless.  The model I wanted is in a hard-to find color, but Randy was able to locate one quickly and arrange to have it transported to the dealership to arrive the same day I signed the paperwork.  His boss, Jim, was also friendly and professional, and they gave me a great deal.  I'm glad I chose to come to Subaru Orange Coast.
