Updating my post.  I originally offered a positive rating of Audi South Coast but, after working with them post purchase I need to pull back and move to a below average.  My feedback to anyone looking at working with South Coast watch the details, especially the numbers.  Maybe its par for the course in the auto industry.   Make sure to shop the other local Audi dealerships before settling on South Coast.

I wasn't purchasing, just checking out the lineup. The receptionist offered help if we needed it but wasn't pushy. A sales guy checked in on me and also wasn't pushy. They had a number of cars open so I could sit in and check them out without the sales person.

Obviously I can't speak to purchase experience but on the surface it seemed like a good place to purchase a car.

Took my car in for service and staff was courteous and quick to assist. I was provided the details of the service and a loaner vehicle so I could get to work.

I had taken my car in for service and was told that they would call me. Two days later, they called. The call sounded like this. This is ..hn, with Audi, did you forget that you left your car here?  no! What are your intentions?  I said what? "what do you intend to do with it?" You have had it for a while and run it real well. its got some age on it (2002)and over 100.000 miles. Do you have a loaner? yes! We'll talk on Monday ENJOY THE LOANER OVER THE WEEKEND!!! at least it will be hot! I felt like my Audi was a piece of junk. I picked it up and drove straight to a dealership and sold it. Never again will I allow any Audi Dealer to talk to me that way. I was shocked by this attitude from South Coast Audi and I told them so.
