Good handicap parking.automatic doors for easy access, wide aisles for electric carts, better selection than other stores, brightly lit, prices easy to read, huge store wide selection from Central Market, quality meats, fish, and produce.
Friendly smiling helpful employees at every turn.

I love this place! Never thought I would go out of my way to write a review for a grocery store, but here I am. I have always had excellent customer service here, and their produce is fresh, delicious, and so affordable! I used to have to go to 2-3 different stores to find everything I need, but now it's a one-stop-shop and I can't tell you how important that is for me! Awesome store.

My experience at the deli today July 9, 2017 was unacceptable, and very rude. One of the ladies in the deli Christine was rude she unwrapped turkey and putting it back on the wood display, while I should have been waited on since I was next in line, and there was long line, I had been in line like 10 minutes, because of other customers ahead of me. The task she was doing should have been done when there was not a line. the other lady was training someone on the meat slicers, Christine continued unwrapping the turkey.  the trainer stopped training apologized and waited on me.  After the trainer started to help me, Christine stopped unwrapping the turkey and waited on the young man behind me. Even that man agreed with me she was rude. This took place around 11:00 a.m. I ask for the deli manager and was told he was at lunch, however I did voice my frustration to the store manager, and ask her if she would pass this information to the deli manager. No one should be treated so rudely as I was today.  I am in HEB every week sometimes twice a week,  however this type of treatment will lead me to spend my money somewhere else. I certainly hope this rude behavior by a HEB employee is addressed immediately before you guys lose more customers.

I have never had a bad experience with H-E-B employees. They are very well trained and truly happy to help you with your needs. The stores are well lit and maintained. The selection of products is excellent also.

The best place to buy produce and choice cuts of meat.  The only place I do my shopping for all household items including cooking utensils, bath and beauty, and spirits.   They even have cute,  boutique style, clothing.  You must try the made-in-the-store butter tortillas.
