How could this store be so great. I feel like part of the family every time I walk into this store. Erik took care of me today and the overall experience was just second to none. They did such a wonderful job there today. I could not be more pleased.

Came to store today with my pixel and had too many issues with it. Rep was able to back my phone up to cloud and fix everything for me. Very pleased with the level of customer service and my experience with the store. I have always done business with this store and they go above and beyond to help you.

Fantastic customer service here at the waxahachie store. I usually work with Erik and one again Erik was just absolutely great. I got the new S9 and I just love it. I got all the help I needed today taken care of. All the issues I had was also taken care of. I will always come back to this store just for the service alone.

We just went in this store to upgrade my phone. We were there for 30 minutes or so and the one woman working didn’t say one word to us. She was with another customer so it’s Understandable you are busy but you should still always greet people coming in and let them know you’ll be right with them. We watch a few other customers come in stay awhile and then leave. As we walked out the door still nothing. While I was in the store I called Verizon and did my upgrade over the phone myself. I guess I should have not wasted my time trying to do it in store. Poor customer service

Johny did a FABULOUS job from start to finish! I was welcomed very politely and seated. He was able to reduce my bill and get me into a new phone! We need more staff like this! Come here if you want great service!
