There's one guy who is always happy and provides great service. Most of the other staff are grumpy and don't smile. Prices are decent but be prepared to wait in line.

All I can say, is it would not tell anyone to go into that store to ship any items. Very uneducated staff, a owner that does not stand up for the mistakes the store makes. Not just a bad owner but bad management.

Bill and his staff are the definition of top notch customer service!! I can't thank him enough for his patience with me! Trust me, I was a challenge! I would highly recommend anyone to this location!

The lady you have working there needs to be fired, she is very rude to the customers. Also there needs to be more than 1 person there in the evenings. That is probably why your ratings are so bad.

I tried to send them an email so I could have it printed up & notarized.  I tried 3 times.  They kept saying that they weren't getting it & I must be doing something wrong. I went to FedEx and forward the email and had 2 copies printed up for 32 cents. Went back to UPS store to get it notarized.  Ronda Cockerham asked didn't they have a notary at FedEx? Obviously they didn't have a notary cuz I was back. Then she didn't know if she should notarize it because she wasn't sure if I was of sound mind & body & did I know what I was signing.  I found that very insulting  and offensive!
