Poor customer service! I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service I recieved here on 3-1-2017 at 11:45 am. The staff at this store didnt offer me a loaner phone untill my new one arrived! I will never return to this establishment, I will drive 20 miles to a different store, and receive much better service.

I would say the store shouldn't receive a star but Google won't let me. The employees are not knowledgable about the programs and they lie about the programs they have. I originally switched my Verizon to save some money. I was told T-Mobile would give me $650 for switching and 368 for the trade in value of my phone. The sales rep and I I employee discussed the number for at least 20 minutes before I decided to switch to t-moblie. When It was time to pay my Verizon bill they said I would only recieved 350 for a credit . Weeks later I waited for the sales rep who helped me and confronted him. The sales rep admitted in front of his employees that he misunderstood the program. And said "I thought that is how it works". I was told they would have to get a manger to approve changes to my account. But the mangers seem to always be out for vacation. Months have passed and the problem has not been fixed. The store seems to lack good leadership in mangement. T-Mobile is not all bad. The phone service is great. I called customer service and they said they would take care of everything. I also witnessed the employees bad mouthing a customer because of her appearance. The Waxahachie store gives t-mobile a bad image.
