Not helpful at all. It might take longer but calling the customer service number or going to the Cedar Hill store is a better solution.

The manager at this location SUCKS! That's as polite as I can put it. I added a line to my account and they changed my plan causing my bill to be 400.00 for 3 lines. Went to get issue resolved and Taylor assured me that he would fix my plan and work on crediting my account for the bill error they caused!! To no avail NOTHING was done. Called and spoke to Mr. Syed (District Manager) has no knowledge of PLANS/PRICING (sad). BUYERS BEWARE!! Take your chances at another location. They don't care about the customer and they write their own google reviews which is laughable. Only got 1 star because I had to put 1 to write my review.

People with negative reviews of this store seem to be missing one thing. This is aUS Cellular, Sprint AUTHORIZED dealer. Not a straight up Sprint store. Why this matters? They are not service people. They are not trained directly by Sprint to be able to solve every problem. But compare this location to most US Cellular locations, and they shine as a great example of what they are. An authorized retailer. They do their best to put you in the right plan for you, and that is more than I can say for many of their sister stores.

Poor customer service. From actually hanging up on a phone call purposely, to advising not to worry about recent Note 7 recall, to apparently not caring about repeat customers. I would not advise using this store for any reason. There are too many other places to go.
