I recently visited this dealership looking to buy a used truck. I told the salesman what I wanted and what I could spend. They were not interested in showing me or telling me they did not have what I was looking for. Instead, i spent two hours telling them I did not want to spend twice as much as I said. Also I showed them the cash down payment I had, they took it and counted it. When it was time to leave, they said they already put the money in their safe and that only a 60 year old lady 3 hours away had the key. Tried to give me a b.s. paper receipt and told me to come back the next morning. Cops were called, it got ugly quick.

I supposedly won one of the $1000 prizes in the recent contest only to be told I had to match my confirmation number with another one. They never even said as much on the flier and for my trouble I got a 2 Dollar Bill instead. I will be seeing who I can contact about this bs.

Anyone who comes here to shop for an automobile will quickly learn that all the salesmen are bullies. I understand these guys work on commission but they will take advantage of you the minute you let your guard down. Don't expect to find great customer service here. If you're wanting to just look at some vehicles and not buy one right now, DO NOT stop here. These guys will pressure and bully you (and follow you home!!!).

I read many mixed reviews about University Chevrolet and was concerned about visiting this dealership. However my experience was one of the best I have ever had. If you want a sales representative who listens and will go the extra mile to make sure your happy then see Mr. Cargile. He was happy to listen to what I was looking for and not just throw me into something just to make a sale like most places I have bought from before. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Mr. Cargile at University Chevrolet in the future.

This place is a joke! The salesperson left me standing outside and didn't come back. I waited almost 30 minutes for someone to wait on me. It's awful service!
