One of the worse ER. An old nurse named Steve (did not get the last name) who is very unprofessional and rude. I was just asking what was causing the delay and he already raised his voice. We came for a simple urine and blood test. I would NOT come back here even if my life depends on it. I would rather go to a hospital more further. This is why this ER is empty. Take my word for it.

** Do Not use this Hospital*** Updated:: 2nd visit to Robertwood after your negligent staff told me nothing was wrong!! Thanks for not doing anything and making ridiculous claims of me lying about not being injured! Tuesday this happen now here we are Thursday with a staph infection!! Thanks for not helping me or cleaning my puncture wounds. Previous history of Mersa is clearly in my record and more caution should of been taking!! Today i was rushed to the ER after doing yard work. I stepped into a pile of leaves and had a broken branch go through my sneaker and into my foot. I attempted to remove stick until i realized that my foot was burning and in intense pain. My boyfriend rushed me to this negligent hospital. I was uncontrollably crying and screaming in pain in waiting area. The nurse heard my cries and did my vitals but she rushed me back to the non emergency section of the hospital where a nurse practitioner who is left unattended with no medical doctor present to shadow her or watch if she is accurate in her assessment. This practitioner kept me in a wheel chair , did very little for me while i awaited xrays. She gave me a "pill" that she said was a pain med but it did nothing. I went to xrays with this stick lodge through my sneaker and my nightmare began!! Xray was unable to get clear images, they were reckless with moving my foot and several times smacked the branch hanging out of my foot up agaisnt xray boards and other objects. I was sent back to the fast track ER from xrays in more pain from the xray techs hitting into the stick that infact went further into my foot. 5 minutes back the practitioner comes up and says " Nothing is wrong" the branch is not in your foot. She proceeded to angrily go for my sneaker to rip it off and i had to tell her repeatedly that she was wrong and not to touch me. I was screaming for my boyfriend to take me to Robertwood johnson hospital where this practitioner stated i was lying about my injuries!! My boyfriend rushed me to Robertwood from Hackensack Meridian of old bridge with the stick still lodged in my foot. Robertwood quickly checked me over , immediately asked if i was current on tetanus shots, inserted IV line and IV pain meds within 15 minutes of my arrival. After this a set of 3 doctors would then quickly pull the stick that was infact lodge in my foot as well as a snapped piece that was preventing me from bleeding. Yes , the stick was 2 inches inside my foot and had massive puncture wound. * Maybe this hospital should follow correct protocol when utilizing practitioners. This nurse never had a doctor look at me or did she check with a doctor about my situation. The pictures i posted are while at Robertwood johnson hospital after removal ** you conveniently keep removing pictures showing how bad the wound is as well as removed pictures of the infection. Show people your Doctors and Nurses lack of knowledge. Your hospital swears that everyone who walks through the door is drug seeking and with that you in fact are not treating people properly. No Practitioner by law is Allowed to make certain decisions and apparently you cut payroll and staffed a practitioner to run a ER. Where was the Doctor? No Doctor in ER ? Filing complaint with the state

I was in the Raritan Bay hospital in old bridge. I went through the surgery for my feet. I had a best experience ever. The doctor who doing the surgery for me is Dr. WARREN A. PASTERNCK is nice and explain to me everything I need to know on for my surgery and what will happen after on my feet. The nurse is so good and nice, they help me to go through everything. Since I finish my surgery in the morning, the nurse come to me see if I need coffee or breakfast. Also tell me to lawn down until I clear my mind from anesthesia. During this time, the nurse come to me every half hour to check and record my heart beat and blood pressure see if everything is good. I think this is my best hospital experience ever.

I was brought the E.R due to severe lower abdominal pain after vomiting all day. I was vomiting as they were trying to take my temperature and I was brought into a holding room and left alone. I passed out and was found by another patient on the floor and was brought to a different location in the E.R. After explaining my pain was a 10 they refused to give me pain meds without a urine sample, problem was I was extremely dehydrated and was not able to provide urine. I ended up having to sign a form in order for my nurse to give me the meds. After that I was sent for a ultra sound and was never put back on the I.V for fluids. Shortly after they moved me from my room and placed me in the hallway where I was left and forgotten. My nurse never came to check on me and after I had requested her twice she then came over acting as if it was ok she dint check on her patient for over 2 hours. When I explained my pain and nausea were returning she had the nerve to as if I threw up today. Clearly she did not read my chart before coming to check on me. I was left in the hallway for 4 hours waiting on a CT result and my doctor also avoided me. I refused to have any other test done and requested to be discharged after my CT results due to the horrible patient care I received. After I expressed how unhappy I was, a room magically opened up and my results were ready 10 minutes later. I have never felt more neglected as a patient in a hospital in my life and they should be ashamed in their care. I will never go back there and I would rather drive further to a better hospital then be subjected to this kind of care. To further add to how terrible this Hospital is, after I posted this review I was advise on a number to call to discuss my experience. Problem is NO ONE picks up the line or responds to left messages, which I left several. I am still trying to make contact and still nothing.

Was one of their first patient's! Been patient 9 times, ER visits (many), Entire family has had surgery's & we all have had only Good To Say about "Our" Hospital! Great staff, very clean, decent food, all around best place to be if you need to be in a Hospital !!! Even Free Valet Parking for Visitor's & for any Dr. appointments you may have in surrounding buildings. Any type of Dr. you may need can be found at 1,2or 3 Hospital Plaza! TRY IT, you will like it!
