I was very sick with unknown headache and nasal congestion for a week until i came to this emergency room. I was very hesitant at first because of several previous bad experiences but this is the nearest to my house. I was taken cared of by this very compassionate Filipino Doctor Joel in the emergency room. He patiently listened to my complaints, explained his plans and updated me for every step and result. I was wearing my dirty and worn out pajama but Dr Joel treated me with respect like a VIP. He was very fast, calm and efficient amidst the line up of so many patients and other anxious patients that are waiting to be seen. Dr Joel totally changed my impression of that hospital for the best. I work as a CFO in one of the biggest firm in Wall street and I was very proud telling my colleague about my Emergency experience. I hope i will not get sick again to come back to the emergency room but if ever, I don't mind as long as ER Dr Joel will take care of me. I hope that hospital will recognize Dr Joel to be a great asset.

This hospital is overpriced for nothing. I checked in and sadly the doctor convinced me to stay saying that my situation looks bad. Remember I stayed for only one night and ended up with a bill of $24,000 luckily my insurance helped me out. This hospital doctors also charged their own separate bill. I will never go back to this hospital ever again. I warn you all not to go.

Not a fan of this hospital at all. I do like some of the staff members but it's chaotic every time I've been here. My doc refuses to let me go elsewhere unless I leave his care. Sounds good to me.

It's a waste of time. The groups always start late and they cover nonsense like drinking milk and wearing sunscreen for an hour. They cut you off if they don't like what your saying even if you need to say it. The therapists Seemed bored and offer little feedback or help. The second your upset their answer is to put you in the hospital. I didn't get any good advice or help just a lot of "go for a walk".I felt so much better when I was gone. Other patients were what helped me. Not the staff. Others were unhappy with the program too. I didn't get anything other than a few Facebook friends.

The ER at this hospital is a disaster. They are all lazy and have no sense of people skills. The doctor they had on staff seemed highly incompetent and did not take the time to explain or answer our questions. I feel like they find all the doctors that can't get other jobs. Worst experience ever. On top of that they said we had to go to radiology to pay for the X-ray and we waited in radiology for over an hour. Why can't this hospital staff be more helpful and not send their patients on a wild goose chase. Never going back here again even if my life depended on it.
