If I could rate this hotel a 10 I would. One of THE nicest places we have stayed in a very long time. Very pleasant staff, even as we were checking in at 12:30 am. Rooms were awesome. Looked brand new and had cool features in the room. The morning staff at breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

You can't beat this place for the money.  The rooms are nice,  the cleaning staff does an amazing job.  I accidentally left my wallet and a $450 watch laying on the dresser.  Both were exactly as I left them 10 hours later.

Great location on US 49. It’s a smaller hotel, but clean and quiet. Typical Hampton breakfast. The staff was friendly.

This is a hard one to rate, mixed reviews. Upon arrival we were given the wrong room. Not to big a deal and the front desk quickly move us to an executive suite which we were originally supposed to have.  This suite though was connected to an adjoining room and the dead bolt did not work and the bathroom light was not working.  We were quickly moved again. (Please note that the executive rooms only have a shower and no tub.) Still not great but after driving for 12 hours I was ready to sleep in the lobby. 
So for the night it was OK. 
Here's where it gets bad, the next morning as I was in the bathroom I was walked in on by one of the maids.  I was shocked but she quickly turned around and left.  I couldn't believe it but the bathroom door doesn't have a lock on it.  So I was still there and a couple of minutes later in walks another maid.  
Needless to say I finished my business and headed to the front desk. They comped my 3rd night but I never received as much as an apology from anyone in management. 
Wouldn't go back to that one.

The room was nice and clean with pleasant decor. There was no odd smells and there were enough towels. The tv was a nice sized LCD newer model and the Channels actually worked.  However the internet was awful.  It kept kicking me offline every 10 to 20 minutes and would not let me reconnect on any device unless I rebooted each device first. It was frustrating. I contacted the chat on my phone because I was dressed and in bed and I could hear the people in the room next to me and I didn't want to disturb them by trying internet troubleshooting or the others in my room who were asleep by calling. The chat person was super rude and said pretty much oh well.  I then tried to pay for the upgraded internet and the page wouldn't load.  I also felt the linens were too small for the bed so we fought all night taking covers from each other. The night check in guy was not very personable but the morning lady was super pleasant. Breakfast was average
