We checked in put our stuff down, ate and went to the movies. Upon returning there was ants all over the desk and night stand. I informed the front desk but we decided not to do anything because they were just on the desk and nightstand and I was tired but I woke up to one crawling on me and a couple on the sheets. As I was packing I noticed them crawling all over the walls, this really bothered me because I hate bugs and once I see one I feel like they’re crawling on me all day. Y’all need to bring an exterminator in.

We stayed here a little over a month ago on our way home from a road trip. At this point in our trip we were just tired, hungry and in need of an adult beverage. This is a great location for Pearl, MS. It's just outside of Jackson, MS but still has great choices in restaurants, shopping and the Baseball Stadium without driving very far at all. The parking lot was clean. There was plenty of spacious parking. Our suite was small, but adequate for our needs. It included a couch, desk, coffee table, chair, tv, microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Our rooms and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths were available in our room. Once checked in we had dinner down the street, come back and enjoyed a nice cocktail in the lobby area. The lobby/lounge area is all tied in together, but it works. There is plenty of seating including a bar, tables, sofa, love seat and comfy chairs. We didn't know when we checked in that it was Jackson State University's Homecoming. When we found out we assumed it would be loud all night. It was not. The lounge area on the first floor was pretty busy and packed around 11 pm but you couldn't hear noise from the area even just inside the elevator. Our room was on the side of the hotel near the Interstate. No view. Yes, you could hear traffic. No, it wasn't unbearable or disturbing. We kept the drapes closed and that was all that was needed. If I stayed here again I may ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, but it wasn't a deal breaker. It didn't disturb us in any way. In fact, I slept better here than I did at much nicer and more expensive hotels. The Staff was great. Every person working greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing or if we needed anything or how we were enjoying our stay. I ended up in the elevator the next morning with a Maintenance employee and even he was polite and cordial VERY early in the morning. This location does have a shuttle service for getting you to and from the airport. I'm sure they shuttle to and from the Stadium as well as other places, but I didn't ask. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in town for a Baseball game, business in the area or a simple overnight stop. I would certainly stay here again.

literally the nicest hotel that I remember. Outstanding staff. Make sure to ask for a discount on breakfast. I really liked the healthy blueberry waffles. Desk manager and omelet maker were super nice.

Nice, clean hotel. The bar has nightly drink specials, and a very good breakfast in the morning. The fitness center has free weights, cardio and machines. There are a few places in the area for food choices, both fast food and non. The shuttle will take you wiin 5 miles to local stores and restaurants.

Be sure to ask for a room opposite side of I20 highway, if you're a light sleeper. You can feel the Mattress springs. Breakfast made to order eggs was excellent. Hats off to the chef.
