Staff is friendly and always helpful. I stay here every time I come to town on business and enjoy it every time. Rooms are always clean and the room stays nice and cool. Free Internet is fast and I haven't had any trouble with it in any of the rooms I've been in. Good local eats are close and close to LOTS of shopping if you're into that kind of thing. Downtown Hartford isn't too far away and the closer Manchester downtown area is good too. Main Pub in Manchester and Black Eyed Sally's in Hartford are my favorite picks for pub grub.

The service was great. Fun, friendly desk folks. Bed was the usual Hampton inn: super plush, very comfy. Breakfast was pretty good, though I generally disapprove of those prefrozen eggs. But overall, a very good stay!

Pillows are flat. We each had 4 pillows to make up for one pillow. Not a comfortable night stay. The ac stopped working on us. I went down in middle of night to complain and there was nothing they can do. I was hot all night and very uncomfortable. Took shower to relax my self and no hot water. For 150.00 a night def. not worth my money and will never stay here again.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. Only complaint is that the walls are very thin. Hear everything. Might be tough w an infant. Would stay here again.

Beds are clean but very springy. Room is decent size but not all of them have refrigerator and microwaves so make sure you ask for them if you need them. Pool is small but indoor and clean. Breakfast is hit or miss, but the waffles are typically good.
