I was going to be out late celebrating my birthday in Hartford and didn't want to worry about driving home and ended up booking a room here for the night. The checking staff were efficient and courteous. There was parking in the adjacent garage which is validated by the hotel. You do need your room key to operate the elevator. Unfortunately once we got into the room it smelled like weed. Felt like I was getting high by just being in the room. Besides that I didn't have any other complaints. May consider staying again.

Great location to walk to the river or restaurants downtown. Close to stores and various venues. The staff are always friendly and funny. Rooms are very clean. I have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it.

Room was extremely clean. Staff were engaging and delightful to deal with. Pool was a tad frigid at 6am, but effective for waking up. Will definitely book here again if I'm ever back in Hartford.

I have found no hotel staff to compare to the wonderful front desk people that man the post at this Hilton (Hartford Dwntwn); in particular the night staff. Charlene is a joy and a gem combined. Just love being greeted and informed by her. I look forward to seeing her everytime I'm to stay there. Kudos to her and the entire staff on the property.

Quality, comfortable, Hilton location. Parking is expensive but convenient at $19 per night. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were at standard for the brand: the free wi-fi was better than most. Honors breakfast benefit was only the buffet, with limited hours, and which they do not allow you to upgrade to their full menu. Lounge tends to get crowded.
